Returns and Refunds
At Evergreen Designs, all our products are made-to-order, ensuring each item is unique and crafted specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color choices, or if you've simply changed your mind.
Damaged or Defective Products
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is damaged or has a manufacturing error, we will offer a free reprint or a full refund. Please follow these steps to initiate a claim:

Non-Returnable Items
Because all products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Refund Processing
If your request for a refund is approved, we will process the refund within 5-10 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Production Time

Once production is complete, your order will be prepared for shipping.
Shipping Time

Economy Shipping: If express shipping is not available, your order will be shipped via economy shipping, which typically takes 2-5 business days, depending on your location.

Express Shipping: If express shipping is available for an item, this option will be noted on the product page. Express shipping usually shortens delivery time, but please note that express options may vary based on the item and destination.
Delivery Estimates

For orders shipped via economy shipping, you can expect delivery within 4-12 business days (production + shipping).

For express shipping orders, delivery time will be shorter and provided at checkout.
Order Tracking
